All of this is so so true....My check got lost and it went from $780 to $1250 that was due because of late fees. My lease is up in April and I will be moving. I will not deal with a company that have no regards for their tenants. This place is pretty, dont get me wrong, but dont let the look fool you. The printer and the internet goes down too frequent. The fax machine work every now and then. The movies in the media room/business center are out dated. No one ever uses the BBQ pits because their are bugs and spiders everywhere. My house is also infested with spiders. It grosses me out. The water has been shut off too separate times since I been here. And somes times it brown in the mornings. I have to let the water run, before I can even brush my teeth. Then the water company charges a flat fee of $10, sewer fee $4.00 trash fee $5.00 and then the usage of water can be anywhere $15-20. So your water bill can actually be $30-50. Its crazy. My car got broken into as well. Then management just said next time be more careful, you should check on your car thru-out the night. I'm so so gone. When something goes wrong, which usually does around here, management gives you the same line they give the other tenants, Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, but ummm... next time you should be extra carefully, or bring in your rent check, and dont use the drop box anymore. Their all idiots. I'm taking my $800rent elsewhere.
