TERRIBLE STAFF, UNSAFE COMPLEX DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The staff at this place SUCKS they are SUPER nice till you decide to rent in this ghetto and then you will never get anything but a headache from them. A trained circus monkey has more common sense that Tim, Tara and lets not forget the worst of them Lisa!!! That should tell you about the management company that runs this crap hole if they hire total tool bag idiots like these! They only care about themselves and clearly NOT about thier residents, they could give 2 craps less if you are to stay or go they will move the next unsuspecting victim into here and be glad your gone! They lose your rent, don't get on top of any serious issues quickly, fail to notify the residents about safety issues and security problems that occur on property. The other 2 recent reviewers are RIGHT ON point there has been apartment break ins and cars broken into almost nightly, a peeping Tom, sexual assualts, many cases of domestic violence, and many people that just walk around here at night that do not live here; just looking for their next victim. The staff of course will notify you on about every 10th or 20th case reported to them to try and "look" safe. According to the TAA and HAA that is an illegal practice as well, if a resident reports something and has a police report that must inform you and they don't! The walls are paper thin you can actually hear your neighboors talking, having sex doing laundry taking a shower you name it! They try and screw you with these "rent concessions" to make your rent seem like a good deal then when you are up for renewal they bend you over without the lube and TRUST ME no on in their right mind would pay that much to live in this crap hole. This place may look nice on the outside but as the old saying goes NEVER judge a book by it's cover and DON'T here for sure. When you visit the property go around and ask some residents what they "really think" when you are done with the tour they would be glad to say the truth about this place. Or better yet print these and bring these in and see what b.s. they can come up with to cover themselves on these issues. If you want to e-mail me I will be more than happy to talk to you about this place and give you other residents as refrence that will be happy to speak the truth. I have seen 50 people move out the 1 1/2 years I have been here just on my row of apartments alone. Don't be fooled into living here if you value your personal safety and the safety of your family and your stuff! Even if this review helps one person change their mind about this HORRIFIC property then it serves its purpose. Good luck and happy shopping elsewhere! Also the cops call them and ask about the reports filed on this property they will tell you how BAD this area is, look online at at the crime map as well it speaks the truth about the "hood" over here!

you're definitely telling the truth. i moved out this past march, after living on property for 2 yrs. the management staff at lakeview estates is HORRIBLE, especially TIM. he's such a JERK!!!! but when you try and put an uneducated think he knows it all CREEP in a profession that clearly deals with the public.......PLEASE TRAIN! but on the other hand if you're looking for a great community with a professional management staff, check out their sister property (Lakeview 16755 Ella Blvd ~ 281-583-5511) those ladies "delores and jackie" know GREAT apartment management!!!!!!! but don't even consider lakeview estates!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IM ACUTALLY ABOUT TO MOVE INTO LAKEVIEW ESTATES AND THEY'RE GIVING ME SPECIALS ON MY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS. SHOULD I STILL GO? I HAVE TO BE OUT BY TUESDAY FROM NORTHBROOK AND I THINK THIS IS MY ONLY CHOICE. ITS MY DEADLINE FOR APARTMENT SHOPPING.
