If you have not read the other recent reviews on here please take the time to read them and see that there is a common demonitator here and it is not the residents! The staff is horrific to say the least they are sickly nice at first to get you to move in then it's like a BAD HORROR MOVIE becuase things go downhill quickly! This has to be one of the most unsafe places I have ever lived at and I have lived at over 10 complexs in the past all around Houston sinc emy job has me moving areas alot. There is consistently something bad going on, cars vandalized, the peeping Tom is alos VERY true, rape cases in the parking lot, recently we were notified of an aprartment being broken into as well. Nightly something bad goes on at this dump. Don't let the exterior fool you either it looks nice which is why all the local trash comes here to steal becuase they figure if you live here and can pay their obsurd rent you have nice things. The maintenance staff is friendly and all my neighboors are nice also, I just don't care to hear them talking in their apartment when I am in mine and trust me you can so the privacy is minimum to say the least! Take your hard earned money and deal with competent staff and a safer place it is worth the extra drive to not have to deal with all the headaches here and that is what you will get. Happy hunting to you elsewhere!
