I have lived here in the past year and honestly I have had NO PROBLEM!!! But I also keep to myself and thats always the best. I have heard of a peeping Tom and that could be anywhere! They did put out notices about that. Each time I had a maintence problem it was done by the time I got home that evening or the next day! So I cant complain. I also CHOOSE to live in an apartment so living close to my neighbors to where I can hear them wasnt a option but it will be like that any apt you my go to. Thats just that. Over all I enjoyed my stay. I was on a special and didnt mind paying the money it was quiet and friendly folks whenever I came encounter. If your on the fence about this complex drive through there at night and if your lucky catch someone out at night and ask there opinion. If I wasnt relocating to the other side of town because of job and gas then I would stay!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Maybe you'e the ten percent that are okay with what goes on here, but the rest of the user comments are so true. We are connected to another sister property "Lakeview", and at night people just walk right from that property on to our property and break into cars. There is no fence to separate the two. I advise you to drive thru here at night too, maybe you'll scare off the crooks who frequently case out apartment and cars to break-in to. My truck has been broken into also. It is a nice community, maintenance is up to par, the office staff is iffy, but the criminal elements still remain. We have peeping toms, break-ins, just not as bad as other areas. But in case you do decide to move here, just make sure you renter's insurance, an alarm system, and full coverage on your car and accessories.
