Parking is a real issue if you live by the entrance gate, there is so many handicap parking spaces that are never used unless people park there illegaly, so if you don't get home early enough you will have to park far from your apartment or take a chance and park in the many unused handicap parking or no parking zones. There are some problems with plumbing the sinks in both of my bathrooms have had leaks and the wood is sinking, overall the space is great inside the apartments and it is affordable.
