The Landing at Westchase might have reasonable prices, but it is definitely not worth putting up with the environment. It is a shady scene. There are drug deals that transpire accross the street at the stop and go, as well as throughout the complex itself. Some of the residents are down to earth people, but most others are extremely inconsiderate. Yelling, loud music, and noise at all hours of the night are a constant problem. The staff is moderately accomodating, but it seems they have too many problems. All of the machines in the workout facility are broken. The gates are often broken. Most of the washer/dryer units are broken. The maintainence staff does a decent job, but again there are too many problems within the apartments(At least mine). Also, at least 2 of my friends and myself have had our cars broken into and/or physically damaged. Overall, this place is less than inadequate. DO NOT MOVE TO THE LANDING AT WESTCHASE.
