More bad then good...

My lease is almost up so I thought I would write a review...
BAD THINGS
1.)I've had roaches the day I moved in but their not the big ones so it didn't bother me AS much.
2.)There was never enough parking and sometimes had to park far away from my apartment (assigned parking would be nice) and the parking light would go out ALL the time leaving it real easy for someone to mug you. I'm talking pitch black.
3.)There are a lot of drug dealers around this area. I can't even walk to the store without someone trying to sell me marijuana.
4.)I referred someone to live here and they said I would get a reward. That was a lie. They never gave me anything.
5.)They do have security guards walk around but only SOME days a week (from what I see).
6.)I wanted to start working out but the equipment was broken all the time. That sucked.
GOOD THINGS
1.)REALLY convenient spot. Just minutes away from Walmart, Target, WAMU, AMC 30, Krogers, and fast food places.
2.)The staff people are really nice and are willing to work with you.
3.)Rent was very affordable. I got a studio for only $375 a month. Decent size, not too bad.
4.)My neighbors are nice and never play loud music (its usually the cars passing by).
5.)I'll be leaving in a month ;)
