I will start by stating that the only reason why my roommate and I moved into the horrible complex is because she lived in there "sister" complex and it was really nice but only offered 1 bedroom apts. So we figured this complex can't be that bad. Well we were in for a surprise. I have been battling roaches since day one, and they sent in the extermination company only to throw around boric acid, which didn't work!!! I am shocked that I am still alive considering all of the boric acid that is in this apartment. My car was broken into a week ago, and my roommates car was broken into about a month ago. Cars are constantly being broken into around here and the office does nothing about it. We spoke with the manager Carmen about the situation and she informed us that, she doesn't have these kinds of problems because she is a "home owner" which basically let me know that she could care less about her residents. I also had to put up with a stopped up sink for 4 days, because i guess nasty dirty water is not really considered a emergency maintenance issue. We finally got fed up and decided that we would just pay to get out of the lease...$981 to be exact!!! I would have given them all of the money in my bank account to get out of this HELL-HOLE! What ever you do don't move into this complex, you will be better off living under a freeway!

I have the same problem specially with roaches they are everywhere no matter what you do or how clean you are and the office wont do anything about it and they denied that this complex is infested with roaches. And safety has been an issue too, my husband's car was broken 4 times and another time they left the car on blocks, last month there were 7 cars with broken windows etc. and the management just asked us if we made a police report. Also the gates are always open and the pass code to get in have been the same for years and years. The laundry facilities never work or if they do wont work properly. Maintenance sucks, the property is always dirty, overall Jazzironda is right to mention that this is a HELL HOLE, but anyways whoever is considering moving here dont do it, you will regret it the first day.
