I have lived at the Landmark at Cypress Falls apartments for almost a year now. My daughter lives with me and we love it here. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the layout of the apartment is one of the best I have ever seen and we looked at a lot of them before we moved in here. This floor plan gives both of us all the privacy we need and we either one of us can be taking a shower and getting ready for work and the other one never hears anything. We have some great neighbors next door and above us. More than likely I will renew my lease when it comes up for renewal. We both love it here. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

they were nice at first start renting to trash that can not pay there rent. and trying to hide that they accept low income-people to rent and harrasement for rent on a on going in never seen apartment company post a sign on the entrance gate for rent how low class everyone no when to pay rent that was low if keeps up need news to come film this police stay on the property children play in dunpster trash all over the place was not like this is now! rent is to high need to be reduce and water is a joke .dog enjoy there depoists where ever there heart desire but they have the bins what a joke.I am getting the hell off this property i give it 6 more months before it becomes the hood!
