Mediocre From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The office staff is completely inept at best, and can be quite rude occasionally. I've called literally a dozen times to get in touch with someone, but they never answer the phones. Maintenance is okay, the repair guys usually come within a day to work on problems. The apartments look good outside, but the quality of the interior is lacking. Most of the closet rods and kitchen shelves are extremely cheap and flimsy, like they threw everything together at the last minute. Very small kitchen sink too, big minus. And bugs everywhere! There are tons of spiders and sliverfish all over, very hard to get rid of. The air circulation is poor, our back room gets hot/cold compared to the rest of the rooms. Pretty quiet here for the most part, seems like the neighbors really have to stomp around to be heard.
