Complex is quiet most of the time. The walls are very thick and must be made of concrete because you rarely hear anyone else. The apartments are clean and beautifully maintained. I have not been able to fine a floor plan that I like better than the one I have now. The apartments have garden tubs in each apartment. The floor plans are arranged very efficiently, have adequate storage space and are a good value for the Medical Center area.
They have a large and fully stocked Fitness Center including an indoor racquetball court, basketball court, sauna and two locker rooms with a shower in each. It looks more like a Fitness Club Gym than an apartment complex workout room. They have several wonderful outdoor pools and hot tubs.
They have a media room for residents just off the Fitness Center. The staff can be very difficult to reach by phone because they are out showing apartments to potential residents, but they usually return my calls even if it takes a while. The staff is always very friendly to me and very helpful. They have done almost everything I have requested they do and are fairly prompt in doing so. They go out of their way to make sure that my stay is as pleasant as possible. The maintenance crew is very highly trained, professional and friendly. My apartment has not had issues with bugs as others have mentioned. I have recommended the Lanesborough to others and will continue to do so.

Ha ! This sure sounds like it was written by someone on the complex staff. Seriously, who else would know, or care, that "The apartments have garden tubs in each apartment." Nice try !

This review is complete b.s. Lanesborough is, no joke, the worst managed apt complex I have ever lived in. The pool was green with algae for over 2 weeks, and when I decided enough was enough and called to inform them about it, they didn't even know there was a problem. When it rains, as it often does in Houston, water leaks into our apartment thru the window sil. The blinds were rusty when I moved in. The office staff are incompetent. The corporate office management is rude. I am moving out as soon as possible. Save yourself major grief, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
