Hi.

Lived at the Lanesborough for almost three years. The place is reasonably priced and nice when you first move in. The gym is awesome. The location is great. The biggest problem and the real deal-breaker for them is the office staff. It feels like they ascended straight from the pits of hell just to make the lives of the residents more difficult. They treat residents with no respect- almost as if we are misbehaving children, and are always rude, condescending, and unhelpful. They really are as a group (and there are a lot of them) the most unprofessional group of people I have ever been exposed to. Beware when you move out. They will make up charges to keep your deposit, and if its even possible, the corporate office is even worse than the on site people. I know I sound bitter, that's because I AM! I am still getting over how awful I was treated and what a nightmare the whole moving out experience was there. Think twice before living here- they do not care about good business and only want your money.

On another note, there was a sexual assault in the parking garage while I was a resident and they did little about it.
