As mentioned above the staff is unreachable most of the time. There is a office on site yet thay cannot answer any questions for you. If you have a problem you have to call the corporate office which is long distance just to have them put you on hold. I also had a bug problem. I found waterbugs everywhere even in my shower spounge. EWWWW!!!! And I could never get rid of those silver bugs. My air conditioner went out 8 times in one month in the wonderful month of August. Well in Texas in August you need an air conditioner. When I recieved that electric bill it was $600 where the previous month was $70 and the month after was $85. However the office said that the fact that the air conditioner was broke 8 times over a three week period had nothing to do with it. Mind you I have a one bedroom apartment and my air never goes below 77. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
