There are many things to be improved, 1) staff should be more stable and trained better. 2) stuff need more patience to be with customers, -------, the manager, knows what she is doing, but her attitute sucks, no patience at all, pushing too hard.
3) jacozzi is too disgusting to go in. 4) the place is rather tiny if you have children, this place is not for you. 5) it is not a safe place, I have lost two bikes in two months!
