( )covered parking a plus; very quiet, peaceful complex due to mostly student residents; beautiful landscaping and regular upkeep; maintenance was excellent in their timing, politeness & efficiency; never any sigificant problems with construction, looks are beautiful as well; the best fitness center I've come across in an apartment complex.
(-)having residents call due to pest problems will never appropriately rid the complex of pests, rather there should be a routine pest control process...this is why there are such widespread problems with silverfish, ants & spiders; numerous, repeated solicitation and safety issues reported, due to the absence of security ('gated' doesn't mean secure when cars are allowed to follow each other in, police patrol is needed (even according to the police, management should hire someone to patrol routinely); and lastly of course, professional management would ideally answer the phone when residents call...rudeness is more likely to happen than not when speaking with the answering service.
