Pros: great location (though light rail tracks bisecting S. Braeswood Blvd make access from Fannin & points north inconvenient), good fitness center (though sometimes crowded and machines frequently broken), in apartment washer & dryer included, appears lovely from outside.

Cons: noisy neighbors that the office refused to do anything about, parking nightmares, very cheap/flimsy construction, expensive when compared with most other apartments in area, frequent lease rate increases (four in 3 years), maintenance awful, office staff the WORST (rude, awful hours, frequently closed early, misplaced parcels), scammed on security deposit refund, security a joke, quality of tenants was heading downhill at time I left there
