I moved in shortly after construction completed...first person in apt...took 9 months to get window leaks fixed...when it rained...it rained in.

Horrible management company, as someone said, dont expect your deposit back.

I cleaned the apartment for several days even cleaning water stains from the seive of a window...lost all but 5 bucks.

Asked for proof of damage but none was ever given.

Apartments were cheaply built...walls and floors are so thin you can hear everyones tv playing not to mention everything else.

Never had car break in problems personally but the grounds were poorly taken care of.

Came home from a trip to find my door handle had fallen apart and I couldnt get in without maintenance in the middle of the night.

Air conditioners were substandard and with the poor insulation, utility bills were routinely 200-300 and this is a few years ago.

Plenty of parking, noisey, the community areas were poorly taken care of, shoddy construction and the staff was horrible.

If you had questions about something related to your rent or problems they told you to call long distance to their home office in the Northwest...nobody local had any ability to do anything and they didnt care.

Complaints were ignored and again...it took me almost a year to get windows that leaked repaired...new construction mind you.

Overall I have had friends that have rented from their other properties around town with simlar experiences...you might think your saving a few bucks but between the stress, hassles and lost deposits, go anywhere else!
