Lived here for a year. The previous comments are all accurate for the most part.
NEGATIVE
had a horrible time getting the AC problems fixed (poor air flow throughout entire apt, coolant leak that went undiagnosed for months after repeated calls, huge electric bills and ultimately threats to get outside company assistance, changed filter only after told them it was caked in dust, etc), the door on move in looked as if someone had taken a crow bar to it, giant gap between weather stripping and front door, termites piled up on kitchen window/floor after extermination (never a good sign), still have not fixed broken blinds, I can hear the upstairs neighbor walk around as we speak, trailer staff not the most helpful or pleasant, if you live here: make SURE that you FILL OUT a work order IN PERSON or else they will claim ignorance.

POSITIVE
location to rail, parking is a plus, pretty good free weights set up, quiet for the most part, have not seen/heard of crime but the gated idea is a farse
