Good Apartment Lousy Office Staff

The office staff does nothing but take your money on the date the rent is due. They have a drop box so technically the staff is unnecessary.
They signed for a package for me and misplaced it or claimed that I picked it up. No apology for the incident just a lousy attitude and a quote from the lease.
I had a maintenence issue that was brought up once and other than a work order left on the bathroom counter, no action taken. The toilet was leaking and they apparently "jiggled" the handle. The actual problem was that the stopper needed to be replaced.
Called about an open drain into my tub that was nasty and always stained the tub. No action taken.
Again, overall an extremely unhelpful and incordial staff.
