Spend your money elsewear!! The management is awful, the gates never work there is always a "part on order". The security at the gate is a joke, not once did they ever call when I had guest come to visit, they just let them in. A homeless person wondered in and just sat on the steps by my apt. for hours and the security guard just watched. My rent checks were lost when I paid on time and then I got the eviction notice, then I had to go through the trouble of getting my cancelled check from the bank after it had been deposited to prove that I paid and did I get an apology''' NO!! I finally got fed up with everything and called the corporate office on a DAILY basis and finally they were fed up with me and let me out of my lease. The office staff is rude and what leasing office doesn't have a computer''' They don't. Should have figured since the office was in a trailer. Electric bills were outragious!!! How many bad reviews to you see on this site for this complex vs. the good'' Don't move here!! Oh and forget about your deposit out of $400 I got $75 back. I'm a very neat clean person and I had no stains on my carpet but yet I got charged $150, they said I had cuts on my floor, and the list continues. I finally wrote a letter to the board of directors of the Richdale group who manage the Lanesborough and I have yet to hear from them. They don't care about their tenants.
