I put some political signs (yard signs) in my window alst October.
I got a threatening note from the corp.office demanding I remove them.
When I indicated that they were vilating my First Amendment rights to expression, they sent a maintenance man into my apartment to take them down.
Then a few weeks after Christmas I got a message on my answering machine from the office saying that I had a package but that it started to smell -- it was holiday snacks sent by my mother that they had forgotten to notify me about -- and they were throwing it out.
The brick and steel fence near the front gate took a drunk driver's hit, also in in January, and still isn't fixed.
The dumpsters overflow frequently with dozens of bags of garbage attracting rats.
There's a piece of the fascia that's been hanging down from the roof's edge outside my window since before Hurricane Rita hit.
I have pictures of all of this.
My wife's father passed away earlier this month and we had to take in his little dog.
This place doesn't allow dogs, and when we told them that we would leave when our lease expired at the end of March because of the puppy, they slapped a $50.oo a day charge from the time we notified the we had the dog.
---- is Resident Relations is a complete ---.
Great location, great amenities but the worst staff imaginable.
