Pretty good location. Mediocre building but generally good enough, except that noise from above or next door can easily be heard. Leasing office people were not punctual, and often left earlier than they were supposed to. The worst is phone call to the leasing office. The number they provide mostly is connected to Richdale group general operator, where you would be asked to leave a message, or more frequently, to call again. This happens even during the office hour, and the message would not be given to office people. And they don't care how many times one person calls. For that reason, you would often need to physically go to the office to get something done. Very annoying.

Gym and swimming pool are very nice and well maintained. Pool is supposed to be open from 9AM to 10PM, but oftentimes college kids come in at night and make lots of noise. This can be extremely annoying. Therefore, suggest not taking the room facing the swimming pool. You would not be able to sleep unless you just don't care noise.

I myself did not have a problem with security, but again, people come in from outside to the gym or swimming pool easily. Some gate attendant are very helpful and care about security, but some are just nasty and don't care. There is another gate without an attendant and when somebody goes out, it's easy for anybody to come in from that gate. Some residents had their cars attacked by somebody several times.

Other maintenance is pretty good.

I guess rent fee is reasonable, but monthly contract can be very expensive. You would almost be forced to sign for 1 year if you want reasonable price. This is not unusual for apartments in Houston, though.

Overall, reasonable rent fee and location. Nice room. But be careful with noise from swimming pool at night, and slow and not-so-nice leasing office people.
