nice apts but there a few quirks that should be worked out. First of all, the apts are overpriced(reason y i am moving). Ok then it does have a great location especially if working in med center..as i am. However, one year ago my apt was broken into and they were not very helpful and NEVER even warned the other tenants that a break in had taken place or tried to figure out if anyone knew anything...they allowed me to move to another apartment(had to sign a new lease though). Probably never even informed the next tenant that my previous apt. (#1519) had been broken into. Hope u r safe!! Guards do allow anyone into gate. Had other crime issues(someones car stolen out of the garage...others broken into) My coworker who also lives here saw a homeless man on sidewalk asleep!!!...May have been other break-ins but who would know because they dont inform the residents of the safety issues...and when you ask they just say "i dont know...but you can look it up on the HPD website"...They do know!! because they made me give a copy of the police report with my break in. I think for the money people pay to stay here they should feel safe!!

I don't think that they are legally allowed to give out information about what has happened in a specific person's apartment, but I have seen notices posted about cars being broken into. They post them in the mailbox areas. Apparantly, there some car breakins over christmas, but those people got arrested.
