I like the location of this complex but.....

The office hours are crap! They are big sticklers if you are a day late on rent. But they can't stay open for 10 minutes while you rush home from work to get your package.
You have multiple people on staff, put them on a staggered schedule so you have coverage. Don't have them all work at the same hours! Some of your tenants (customers), who pay your paycheck, work at those hours!

While it's clearly not the management's fault but the floors are so thin, that I can hear the big elephant upstairs from me walking from one side his unit to the other.


The lights in the breezeway are always going out. Which is a safety issue. And speaking of safety, when I signed up, there were guards at the gate. Now the guards are gone, where is the money for that contract going to' Paint still sucks, Ike damage is still there, etc.
