Since they have a good location, close to Metrotrail and Medical center, they know people will die to live here, me too.

After lived here for 3 months the trouble we went through is not worst to stay here.

* There are 4 air conditioners right outside my bedroom window.

You can feel the vibration and noise while laying on your bed.

It is so horrible you have to sleep that way.

* When we moved in the apt, it had so much problem, buds are everywhere, disposable is not working, Air conditioning is not working, the apt is not cleaned, dusts are everywhere, toilet is broken.

I called the office....man, they are so irresponsible, slow and most of the time they lie.

I have to go to the office from time to time demanding fix but they keep promising but most of the time never delivery it.

I pay $900 for one bed apt, the average around area close to $750.

I am paying more for less! What a crappy place!!! One more thing, those who work in the apt office should not be working there in the first place!!! They should find another job!!!
