Avoid this place like the bubonic plague. I cleaned my apartment perfectly, no stains on my carpet, etc.. Was expecting to get my 400 $ deposit back, I get it back and they spend $350 replacing the carpet. They said it had a golf ball stain and that it justified replacing the entire carpet. Moreover, after hurricane Ike part of the brick wall broke down. The Lanesbourough management did nothing about it for an entire month. After a month of pestering they finally had the bricks piled up into a corner. All the while, there is no fence at all, anyone can walk in and out of the complex. It's probably been 5 weeks since the hurricane and the management decides to put in one of those super cheap fences you see at construction sites. Again, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Also the management is terrible, they act like they have all this power but there the idiots that make $10 an hour. I got nothing wrong with people that make minimum wages but if your going to be an ------- and try to abuse the little power you have, you need to have a reality check.

Reminds me of those idiots that work in high end clothing stores and have attitudes.. "----- you only work at a shop"
