Bad To The Bone

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
We moved there in 2001 and by the time we moved out in 2007 there had been a marked decline in the property with dumpsters overflowing in the parking lot and attacks in the covered garage due to lack of security as well as black mold in the vents and broken low hanging rain gutters.
On-site management did not have any autonomy to make any decisions and had to call their corporate headquarters for everything.
Their corporate group was awful.
We gave them adequate notice of intent to move before our lease expired and they are still hounding us for one month's rent.
They also hate animals especially dogs.
I got a puppy from my dad's caregiver's dog (my dad was dying of cancer) and they were completely horrible about this puppy that meant so much because it came from my dad's house.
I moved to a dog friendly environment.
The only saving grace is closeness to the rail but I would rather walk miles than ever live here again and I hope this helps others when making this decision.
