Just stay away from this place. The apartments themselves are nice, although the grounds and buildings aren't kept up very well. The property was built in 2001, but it looks older than that.
Management is terrible. It takes weeks or months to get anything fixed. Including...Ike damage! A car port got knocked over and part of the perimeter wall got knocked down. It's 6 months after Ike and construction has not started on either problem yet.
The gate code-boxes don't work, so you will have to walk to the gate to let anyone in. Unless the gates are open, which happens a lot of the time. There have been a few recent break-ins, which happens in a big city when there is inadequate security.
Yes, the prices are a little cheaper that some other complexes in the med center area, but trust me, it will be worth the extra money to live in a nicer, safer complex with better management. As soon as my lease expires, I am going to leave and hopefully will never have to deal with an incompetent management company like this again. Don't make the same mistake all of the posters here made (including me). Live somewhere else!

And the picture of the dumpsters (picture 1) is unfortunately accurate. The dumpsters are rarely emptied and are almost always overflowing with trash.
