My Fiancee and I live here but are planning on moving as soon as we can. Having lived in many states and multiple properties I can easily say that the Lanesborough managed by Richdale properties is by far the worst property I have seen or lived in. They fail to fix damage from Hurricane Ike to the point that entire car park shelters/shades are hanging and about to fall down; they are a risk to adults and children alike. The office staff are lazy and inconsiderate; they will ask you climb on a chair to pick up your parcel from the shelf. There is no deposit box for monthly rent checks so you have to slide the check under the door (very primitive). The parking is always flooded with water. The entrance gate does not work most times and the call box to let guests in does not work either so most times we have to walk to the gate and open it with the remote.
There have also been multiple break-ins lately making me wonder if its an inside job or if not why are there no security cameras at the gate entrances yet; this is the 21st century!!!
Please do not waste your money at this property.
