I lived in this apt for 2 years. When I moved in, the carpet was NOT new - disgusting to be honest. I personally steam cleaned it. I after one year, I resigned my lease, and at this time had the apt steam clean the carpet again. Since I lived there for 2 years, and the carpet was not new when I moved in, when I moved out there were a few stains on the carpet. The apartment kept my entire $400 deposit on move-out. I am still dealing with this and it has been 3 months. I was in contact with the corporate office, dealing with a woman by the name of Kim. I waited weeks for my "case to go to the board." After month, she told me that I would be receiving $180 back and the check had been sent. After 2 weeks and no check, I called back, Kim had been fired, and they then told me I would only be receiving $100 back. Long story short, they are a bunch of idiots, totally unorganized, and just want your money. I have heard a similar story from 3 other people who have lived in this apartment complex


In addition, cars are broken into every night, the pool is always closed, after the hurricane it took almost a year to get any damage taken care of, the staff is rude, the gate is always broken. This place sucks!!!!
