Lanesborough

The corporate office of the Lanesburough causes some serious issues. I have had to go through the BBB to try to get money back that they have wrongly kept due to hurricane damage and double charges of bills. This was after 2 years of living there. The trouble doesn't come until you move out. I have lived in many apartments in Houston, including Archstone Medical Center and some of the apartments on Brompton. This was BY FAR the worst place I have EVER lived. There are many other reasonably priced apartments in this location that are better.

I too went through the same headache with their corporate (the Richdale Group) and finally just gave up. There were the usual headaches living there with management but it all came to a head when it was time to move out. They kept my entire deposit and were demanding more. They totalled out my carpet (which was in the same shape as when I moved in) and claimed I didn't pay them for utilities which I paid for. Does anyone know how to file formal/legal complaints after these people. This is fraudulent if you ask me.

it is fraudulent. Go through the BBB and they will respond. Also, if you file a claim through small claims court, that can also work. I absolutely hate this company and I hope they go out of business or finally get the crap sued out of them.
