Think twice before signing a lease here. This was the scariest complex I have ever lived in.

1.The roaches are huge and come out of the bathroom sinks, climbing up walls, just everywhere.

2.NEVER walk around the apt without shoes. There are bugs in the carpeting and we constantly got bites on our feet and legs..gross!

3.Maintenance is horrible. They regularly made up excuses to go in my apt when I was not at home, such as: repaired shower, repaired stove handle, etc..I never called in any of the problems. When I would call to complain, they blew me off saying they probably got the apt number wrong and they will go into my apt whenever they feel like it. HOW MANY TIMES CAN THIS HAPPEN'! And how can they leave a note claiming to have fixed the problem if there wasn?t one to begin with'!'!

4.There are cracks everywhere in the walls. Apts are poorly maintained.

5.They advertise free gym and movies but check the hours these places are actually open. I never got to use the gym because of the odd hours!

6.My friends hated visiting me because of the security to get onto the property. It?s a huge production for them to drive thru. They have to hand over their drivers license ID, their license plate is copied down, etc. One friend was denied entry to the property because she didn?t have her license on her....she couldn?t come to my apt!!!

7.Laundry is almost impossiable to get done. 4 washers and dryers for approx. 100 apts to share.

Seriously think twice before moving to this boot camp dump!!!!!

I think this person should be one of the nasties persons, because the cleaning of YOUR OWN apartment is YOUR responsability not of anybody else. I have 4 years living here and no roaches, bugs nor any kind of insects are in mine. Anytime I call services they response in good time and I have no problems at all. The security is the best!, if you cannot identify yourself, why they should let you in?
