Decent neighborhood, no problem with safety (I have accidentally left a cd player in my car with the windows down, it was still sitting on the passenger seat the next day). No problem with noise (unless you count kids during the day in the summer). It is a 30 year old complex so sometimes things do stop working, but they are fixed promptly.
