getting worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003 2 responses   For starters, if you are a single male then this is probably good for you. The price is cheap but the parking lots suck and they are always trying to patch holes up with this stinky asphalt which doesn't even work. I had an ant problem and told the apartment manager that they ate all of my puppie's dog food and she told me "Well, I don't have that problem because I don't have dogs". That wasn't the point the point was that the ants were taking over (coming out of the faucets)! Finally they went away. I won't walk my dog out at night becuase one night me and a friend were followed by a man after going to the on site quicky. The ghetto people they are letting move in are pretty scary and don't care about anyone but themselves. They could keep it up if they didn't let the wrong people move in. I can hear my down stairs neighboors fighting all the time and they are extremely rude!!! This is all coming from a white womans point of view. Now if I was a single male this is how I would see it. Cheap rent, bills paid, work out room.
