?If you try to move in or out with even a small 4x6 trailer good luck! They will wake you up at 1AM forsing you to move the trailer out of the property even if you had a one night agreement with a head of security. I argued with an old white male who was described as readneck by his calogues for about 20 minutes.
My trailer did not block anybody! There were cars parked ilegely on almost every street that morning in a way of a trafic. I do not uderstand why they pick on trailers and not passenger cars actually blocking the traffic.
People do need to move in and out somehow. One would say that trailers are part of the apartment life. Well, not over there.
?It is ran by two independent management groups residing in separate buildings. They are not connected and usualy do not know what the other one is doing. You need to go back and forth to get things done.
?Management is not capable unswering simple policy questions.
?A/C runs constantly and it is still unconforably hot. It has been repairred couple of time with only slight improvement. My friends living there have the same problems. It seems like A/C unit used there are old and do not keep up with hot weather.
?It looks like ghetto. I would not bring a family there. It is OK for a single male student.
?It is difficult to avoid poles during parking and to even get out of the parked car.
