I agree it looks like a crappy ghetto from outside but, its not that bad from inside, the units are old, but they're are well kept. If you move here, make sure you're in the same block with the management, because fittness center and video store is in there, too and the clientele is a bit better. You'll have lota international neighbours, the neighbourhood doesnt look great but there's security at the gates. There's a park and Kroger right across the street. You're close to 610 and 59. And all bills paid, its a cheap place in a good location. Get a better place if you can afford but this is a very good deal.
