Good value - very small annual rent increases

Maintenance is prompt and courteous. Regularly scheduled exterminator (I haven't had a bug in over 4 years!) Security guards even fix flats - NO CHARGE! Surrounding neighborhood a bit outside of my comfort zone, but I feel safe on property due to the good gate security and prompt responses to complaints.
