Value price apartment, Run by rednecks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I reside in this complex, It is a good value if you are a student or a workaholic. When it comes to using the so many non working amenities you will find most of the stuff is non funcional or has been turn off. The complex is old and the ac unit break often. Maintenance is horrible responding to any emergency and they love sending you little letter telling you who should come or not to your apartment, if you dont have black,hispanic or out of town friends they will live you alone, I also found out that they do go to the apartments with the excuse of fumigating but in reality is to investigate what you have in the apartment. The manager and older redneck lady has clear prejudices agains minorities.
