Yes, it is true. She is the meanest person I ever met. I lived there for one month..then i moved. I had big roaches and ants in my apartment. I asked for help from the manager, and she treated me awfully. She is really mean and doesn't know to respect people with kids. I moved out imediately, since she couldn't help me with the quality of the place. I told her I didn't want to pay for breaking the contract because I was forced to move to protect my son's health. It is true that she has never charged me for breaking the contract. Maybe the huge bugs I colected from my apartemnt in just 30 days really scared her ...
