I have lived here for three years without a problem. For my first apartment, it was great. However, I must say it is very old and lacks astetic appeal.THe appliances are alose very, very old. I have not had any bug problems, and they allow pets. The neighborhood is not good, but it is very close to the best parts of the city, including local universities. THe price is right but always lock your doors, and keep cars secured. Don't use the public laundry facility if you leave your clothes unattended. Once I was washing my sheets (they don't fit in to the washer/dryer in the apaprtmet-very very small) and someone stole them!!!!!! They were 400 thred cound sheets!!! When I informed securety, they said that they had similar complaints from other residence. It is fine to live here as long as you keep you guard up and secure your belonging. I strongly recomend renters insurance.
