I lived here for 4 years during college and it was great! Bills paid, never had a problem with security, I saw two roaches in 4 years and they were in the bathroom. I was the noisiest person I knew there.Parking did suck. None of my female visitors ever had a problem. I often accidently left the door unlocked and nothing happened. The walls were a little thin. There was a water leak in one of the closets. Any problems I had were addressed in under 2 days. There are many nicer apts and neighborhoods in Houston, but for the price this was great. I never really had to deal with management. Sometimes during the day the maintanence crew was noisy. Repairmen did frequently need to come into the apt during the day. If you have nothing to hide why is this a problem' I would not let my daughter live here, but that is because of the apt complexes OUTSIDE of the gates. I saw the cops maybe once every nine months, once it was because of me. I moved out in 2003, so maybe it has gotten worse. the leasing office can be a little shady sometimes. I moved into a (much more expensive) apartment in the Montrose area after this, and besides the surrounding neighborhood, I would rather live here.
