WOAH.....is it really true that you are not allowed to turn the A/C below 70 degrees'' Do most other apartments with "bills paid" have that same policy' Also, being the extremely hot natured person that I am, does 70 degrees really feel like 70 degrees' I ask that because I read one review that stated something along the lines of "constantly having to turn the A/C down" because it would never cool off.

NO. That is not true about this complex. I have encountered that kind of policy in other complexes. Though there are few all bills paid complexes anymore. If a tenant in Lantern Village could not get thier apartment cool, they should call maintenance. This complex takes A/C issues very seriously. If the complaint is registered late in the day, it may have to wait till the next day, only because the A/C compressors are on the roof and the workmen are not allowed to go on the roof after dark for safety/liability reasons. However, a repairman will likely come that night to check it out, try to fix it, and if he cannot fix it right then, he will tell you when he can fix it.

That's untrue. Actually that is what makes this place unique from most places that cover utilities. You can have it as hot or cold as you want.
