I am a resident here..and everything has been "great" up until today...my contract will be over soon..and I went to talk to the management about renewing a new contract...this is the first time I experienced a management team that doesn't give a ---- whether the resident keeps staying or not......I understand that the rent is super cheap here..and they know they will always get more new residents....however..there's absolutely no reason for the management to treat their current residents that way...it was very "unprofessional" in today business world....anyway..make sure that u really wanna live here if u are going to sign here.....

Management team is not the same as the leasing office. The leasing office has very high turnover. The manangement team on the other hand, has been here a very long time many near 17-18 years, and they are exceptionally professional.

You have not stated what occured that upset you. It makes a reader suspect that you may have wanted something that was either not warranted or not clearly requested. Again, not perfect, but very well managed overall.

I LOVE MARY IN THE THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE! "Mary I miss you so much girl!" I would move back there in a heartbeat, I lived ther for 7 and a 1/2 years and it was wonderful. Unfortunately my daughter was getting older and she wanted to live in a nicer neighborhood even though we felt very comfortable and never had any problems, she was embarrassed to have her friends over not because of the apartments but becaause of the outlying areas. When Katie leaves the nest I m moving back to LV!
