Lived here for 15 yrs...don't plan on moving any time soon

I have lived here for 15 years (since I was 13) and havenât considered moving. We have upgraded apartments from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and now in a very spacious 3 bedroom (1800 sq. ft.). I will admit that the surrounding area has gone down hillâI wonât even walk to Kroger or go to the park across the street but I feel completely safe inside the apartment gates. They have police officers that patrol the apartments and make their presence known. I have had a few issues but all were taken care of in a timely fashion. The apartment manager, Mary, is great. I have never had any problems dealing with her. Internal control (basically the guys that man the 2 gates) generally do a good job. They ID everyone (including pedestrians)â.My boyfriend comes over just about every day and even though they should recognize the car and him (he has been coming over for a couple years), they will still stop him to get his information. Parking can be tough if you get home late. Overall, I love it here. I havenât had problems with roaches---have the occasional spider (Yuk)!! I would recommend these apartments. Wish they would bring back the tanning beds though! Keep up the good job Lantern Village!

It's good that you like living in these apts, but 15 yrs paying rent???? Ever considered purchasing a house?

I think that the person commenting NEGATIVELY on all of these ratings needs to get a life! If you don't like the apartments....DON'T live there!!! I can see one negative comment to let people know how you feel, but almost every last one has a response from you!! That should be a red flag to yourself......GET A LIFE!!!!!!
