I only lived there for 1 year because of what a horrible experience it was for me and my family. I was constantly harrased by the "security" with stupid things. Example: I pulled into the parking lot right outside of my apartment and remained in my car for 10 minutes of so because I was tired and pregnmat and didn't feel like walking quite yet. The "security guard" stood and stared at me the entire time then followed me to my door. When I asked him if there was a problem he said I was acting suspicious and he was making a note of where I lived! Wtf'! Stuff like that happened all the time (almost weekly) with this guy. I reported him to the office and they couldn't have cared less. They also enetred my apartment when ever they wanted supposedly to do fix things that weren't broken. When I did report the dishwasher as broken it took FOUR months to get it fixed (the dishwasher was older than me).It was always one thing after another. The washers and dryers the complex provides, more often than not, are out of order. Sometimes the AC would work, sometimes not. The worst thing was the attitude of the people working in the office. When I signed the lease I marked that the dishwasher was NOT working and needed to be fixed. That angered them greatly and the manager said, "Well, we're going to put it down as working because it will be fixed by the time you move in." It was NOT fixed! I'm glad that i didn't let them change that on the form. Like I said, one problem after another!

I moved from Cleveland after living in Suburban Neighborhood with all the conviniences a suburban family has. I disagree with this author because I appreciate a guard looking for suspicious activities. Thats what makes me safe in that place. yes security is tought, GREAT. I can walk in my apartment and not worry about anything. By accident I left my car windows opened a couple of times and nothing disapeared. Not even my IPOD that was sitting in the front seat. Also once I opened my window at night and left it open when I left the apartment. Not one single thing missing. Thank goodnes for Security. Regarding the maintenance crew and the staff at the leasing office. I found them to be really nice and helpfull. But I can see that when you are managing 1200 units, someone with a bad attitude can get bumped to the end of the list. Isnt that life.

I highly recomend this place. There are quite a few executives, doctors, proffesors as well as students and a diverse group from any country you can imagine. In my opinion, the best place around there and a great value for the price.

So me sitting in my own car for a few minutes, tired and 8 month pregnant, is included in "suspicious activities"? Hmm. They requested that my husband (one of the "exectutives" you speak of)lie on the contract and us refusing and I have the bad attitude? And even if I did (please note the "if!), it still part of the lease agreement that they repair and maintain the apartment. They can't chose to bump someone to the bottom of the list because they don't like you. That's not life. That's being unprofessional.

This person that responded to you rating is one of the management, you can tell by all that fake ass crap they typed. "someone with a bad attitude can get bumped to the end of the list. Isnt that life." wtf???

While this place maybe a "great" value, I'm not sure that it's worth the money saved. Before choosing our 1 bedroom apt. I informed the leasing agent that I was 5 months pregnant and asked if we should even bother with a 1 bedroom, because we did not wish to move apartments while handling a new born after our lease was up. Several times he said it would not be a problem, and the day we signed the lease, while doing the walk through with another agent, we mentioned that there was enough room in the bedroom for us and the new baby, and the agent started saying how we should have mentioned it, and when our lease was up we would have to move into a 2 bedroom. You better believe I'm not moving apartments for another 6 months at least after the baby is born. Convincing the maintenance staff that my dryer wasn't working was the biggest obstacle I've ever experienced. It took them coming to the apartment 5 times before they decided that my husband was seriously not going to just give up and use the laundromat. We are paying for a washer/dryer and we expect them to work properly. After FINALLY replacing their piece of crap machine with another piece of crap that at least works half way decently, they then came to the house at 8 am the next day without knocking and were going to do construction on the wall while I was in my bed sleeping. I called my husband obviously upset, and he called maintenance, who insisted that they wouldn't walk in without knocking. This was not the first time I had, had an issue with the staff walking into our home without knocking, early in the morning. About a week after moving in pest control walked in and started spraying after I said not to, with me in my bed PREGNANT. Then they wanted to know why I didn't want the bedroom sprayed. Nobody speaks english around this area. The guards do not respond to any kind of noise complaint at any time. You can seriously get raped and murdered here and the guards will never once check out the situation, or call the police. I swear my neighbors have 6 kids living in one apt, and while it maybe nice to have a pool in the center of each apartment block, how bout building a damn playground for these kids that need a place to blow off some of their energy, instead of running up and down the stairs!
