Okay, so there are resident that are Spanish speaking. What is the big deal' The majority of these people are hardworking and go about their business like anywhere else in Houston. I have lived at LV for almost a year. I have not had a roach problem, problems with staff, security or the maintenance people. Parking could be better, but I have never found it necessary to trek that far. Also the appliances are a bit outdated..But work. My lights went out once, but mainteance came by within a relatively short time. I do live on the 5721 side of the complex, maybe that makes a difference'! I don't know. Still, the price is affordable and I have always felt safe. Our area is clean and well kept. I have never had anyone knock on my door or had staff coming in unannounced--like some have reported. Crazy as it sounds, it is remarkable quiet on this side. I have yet to see children running around unattended. There is a soccer field directly beside my complex and people gather every Sunday. Still it's family appropriate. Anyway, all in all it has been a positive experience. I used to live in Clear Lake where I paid way more for less.

We are from Clear Lake too! We move into that very side of the complex. We got a town home and move in Saturday. You are 100% correct you pay so much more here for less. I love how spacious they are, and me being into the whole retro thing, I dig the 60's feel. I have not witnessed or experienced anything that people put up here. I love it!
