No Problem Living Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Okay, so there are resident that are Spanish speaking. What is the big deal' The majority of these people are hardworking and go about their business like anywhere else in Houston. I have lived at LV for almost a year. I have not had a roach problem, problems with staff, security or the maintenance people. Parking could be better, but I have never found it necessary to trek that far. Also the appliances are a bit outdated..But work. My lights went out once, but mainteance came by within a relatively short time. I do live on the 5721 side of the complex, maybe that makes a difference'! I don't know. Still, the price is affordable and I have always felt safe. Our area is clean and well kept. I have never had anyone knock on my door or had staff coming in unannounced--like some have reported. Crazy as it sounds, it is remarkable quiet on this side. I have yet to see children running around unattended. There is a soccer field directly beside my complex and people gather every Sunday. Still it's family appropriate. Anyway, all in all it has been a positive experience. I used to live in Clear Lake where I paid way more for less.
