This is a wonderful place to live if you are on a low-budget for an apartment/or a college student. I have been living here for almost three years, and I will be moving out at the end of my lease. Not because of the apartment, because I am moving closer to my workplace. The location is great, because I feel like I am in the center area of Houston (59 and 610). Everywhere I want to go to is pretty close (5-20 minutes). I have not had any problems during my three years stay here. I live on the top floor, and the only complaint I had was from a neighbor below me because I was playing RockBand late at night. I completely understood why, so I didn't take it to heart. Maintenance is great here! I hardly have to call in for maintenance, but if I did, they usually came the same day! I recommended 3 of my friends to live here, and they said they made the right choice to move here! My unit had a washer/dryer because I had to pay $5 extra. I felt very safe living at this apartment complex, simply because there was a guard 24/7 at the gate. I never received any notices about anyone getting robbed, killed, etc (thank goodness). However, I do feel that I live in the middle of the ghetto (the apartment is safe, outside the apartment hmmmmm is pretty ghetto). I would still recommend living here because of safety and for the good price. My review is also based from living on the North side of the apartment complex, I'm not sure about the main (south) side of the complex.
