Other than a good deal on this apt I wouldn't move here again. They are extremely flacky about their rules. One moment it's this and another it's that. The security guards there are all perverts and they barely speak english! Apartments are really old, they don't like to update anything, it takes them longer to come fix anything wrong with the appliances than any other apts I've ever lived in. Parking is always a problem. There is a laundry room, which usually is filled up, and people will forget their clothes and you'll have to go to a washateria..I was ready to get out of here as soon as possible!

what?? are you actually claiming this apartment complex has better security than the surrounding area--oh my look around,all the apartments around here are the same and no apartment complex can ever guarented you safety...i say get all your facts straight-you want to live in something that better fits your needs.This apartment complex is the worst and has the worst management ever..pretty soon they are going to be like Napoleon Square..

I agree, I'm a resident here and they make up rules when ever they feel like it. Then they will give you warnings for eviction for not following "the rules" that you didn't even know about because it's not in the lease agreement. Completely ridiculous!
