I agree the property is very nice, but the management is very slow at getting things done.
Any time I have a problem in the apartment, it takes at least 2 requests before it is taken care of.
It seems they are very friendly when you are signing the lease, but after you have moved in the customer service goes out the window.
Considering the rent is higher than most places, service should be outstanding but it is not.
