whatever happened to good customer service' I called in 3 times just for a garbage disposal and that is ridiculous for the rent i pay. sorry guys, nothing personal, just like everyone else you don't care once they get you moved in.

I am sorry that you had to call in 3 times. If you have lived here for very long you would know that this is not how things work around here. If you have an issue, you are more then welcome to talk to the office about it. We do anything and everything in our power to make sure that you are happy here. We do care. Anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't given us a chance. This is a great property with great residents. The only time a work order takes any longer than 24 hours is if we have to order a part. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
